What People Are Saying:

I love Superbetter. It has a way of bringing exaggerated worries into perspective, and cutting them down to size. Its gaming framework makes it fun and competitive, and this seems to help me turn off negative victim sort of thinking and turn on solution-focused thoughts. I pause. Reset. Power up. Accept the challenge. Find allies. Zap the baddies and become Invincible!!! It’s brilliant.

I've had a great time with this challenge ... and I plan to keep using SuperBetter as a framework. We did gain a lot of resilience. Even in the challenging days and the ones where his baseline stress is higher, I see more moments of joy, faster bounces back after stresses, and more confidence to explore on his own. I also feel more at ease and more willing to slow down and focus on one or two smaller goals at a time.

I'm enjoying this very much...it's one of the most inventive ideas I've ever come across on line.
