A specific slot cannot be confirmed until booking is complete and a slot chosen but that a refund will be given if a suitable slot is not available. 

All sessions will take place at Raven River and that the slot booked will last 50 minutes, starting on the hour. Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Cancellations must be made through the scheduling system (a link will be sent in email confirmation) at least 7 days before the session to receive a refund or credit. Cancellations made within 7 days are not refundable, except under exceptional circumstances.

As we are dealing with living, sentient animals, no guarantees of specific behaviour change can be made.

Access to online resources is ongoing but resources may be changed and updated as required.

The session is discounted with the agreement that it may be videoed and the video may be used by Canine Confidence and Tellington TTouch Training for educational and promotional purposes. In such a case no further notice will be given and no payment will be paid. The decision to video or not and all editorial decisions remain with Canine Confidence.
